3. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.

6. You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received access to the service or product.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive confirmation of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods or Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
1. The Goods or Services were purchased in the last 7 days.
The following cannot be refunded:
1. Services or products made to Your specifications or personalized.
2. Digital products, software licenses, or subscription-based services once delivered or activated.
3. Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned or have been consumed.
4. Any services where access has already been provided or accounts have been activated.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any order that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced products or services may be refunded. Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for a refund. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by applicable law.
Returning Goods
If physical goods are involved (if any), You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning them to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using a trackable and insured mail service. Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of delivery.
